At Primal Harvest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
